Ruby Red Smoothie

Ingredients:

½ apple, cored & sliced

1 cup frozen red raspberries

1 small raw beet, peeled and chopped

1 inch of fresh ginger root, peeled

½ to 1 cup of plant milk (depending on how thin or thick you like your smoothie)

For additional sweetness, add 1 to 3 pitted dates

A pinch of love

Combine all ingredients into your blender and process til smooth.
